CNX02           Half Day Doi Suthep + Hmong Hilltribe Village

Visit Doi Suthep Temple (A.D. 1384), the most sacred temple of Chiang Mai and an especially important pilgrimage spot for many Thai people. The temple is located at the end of a serpentine road on Suthep Mountain, at 1,100 meters above the sea level with sweeping views of the city below. It houses a wealth of Buddha images, murals and Buddhist arts. Climb the 306 stepped Naga staircase to reach the temple.

After that, visit Hmong Hill Tribe Village and explore the picturesque village located on the boundaries of the Doi Suthep – Pui National Park. The Hmong people are very popular for wearing very colorful costumes and selling a wide range of curious and decorative ornaments and textiles.
